TeachUcomp, Inc. is Included in the National Registry of CPE Sponsors

            TeachUcomp, Inc. now offers NASBA approved CPE courses. We are a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Therefore, all 50 states now accept our NASBA approved CPE courses for CPE credit. This also includes many inhabited U.S. territories, such as Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. TeachUcomp, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Board of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: NASBAregistry.org.

What is the National Registry of CPE Sponsors?

            The National Registry of CPE Sponsors lists sponsors who provide NASBA approved CPE courses adhering to nationally recognized standards. These standards guide the ways that CPE programs are created, presented, measured and reported. The registry is offered by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). What is NASBA?

            The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) is an association of the State Boards of Accountancy. They both enhance the effectiveness of the State Boards of Accountancy and serve to advance their shared interests. They perform many different functions in pursuit of their objectives that forward the interests of their member boards. TeachUcomp, Inc.’s NASBA Approved CPE Courses

            TeachUcomp, Inc. creates NASBA approved CPE courses per the guidelines for interactive self-study defined by both NASBA and the AICPA. These formal learning programs enhance the professional competence of CPAs. They also require and verify student participation by testing the students. Finally, upon course completion, the student is issued a certificate of completion. We also maintain a record of their attendance.
