What are the different packages that are offered?
CD/DVD-ROM Versions are physical products shipped to you. The CD/DVD-ROMs do not install on your computer and can be used at different machines (at different times). There are no monthly subscriptions (like online trainings) and are yours to keep.
Download Versions are the same products as the CD/DVD-ROM versions, delivered instead to you via digital download for immediate use! Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing links and instructions for your products. Download versions are licensed to be installed on a single machine. A DSL or faster connection is required. There are no monthly subscriptions (like online trainings) and are yours to keep.
Online Editions are the same products as the CD/DVD-ROM versions, delivered instead to you via streaming video with an online monthly subscription. Get the entire training catalog of courses (non-CPE Editions) for just $24.95/month! No long-term commitment required. Cancel anytime. A DSL connection or faster is required.
CPE Editions include the same training material as CD/DVD/Download Editions and also include practice exams with evaluative feedback (tells you if your answers are right or wrong and why) and a final exam submission. Pass the final exam with a score of 70% or higher and receive a Certificate of Completion from TeachUcomp, Inc. Network packages offer special licensing to corporate customers, which allows you to install
the lessons onto a single LAN or WAN, with unlimited user access. In addition,

What versions of the software are covered on the tutorials?
Our products each
cover multiple versions. The products are "backwards compatible"
-
meaning that they cover recent as well as earlier versions. When there
are differences
in functionality, it is demonstrated within the same lesson or in an entirely
different
lesson. This makes our products as flexible as possible for offices with
PCs on different versions or for people who upgrade. Please refer to the

to determine the
versions that are covered.
Our tutorials run on both PC and Macintosh. The version of software taught is the PC version. Because the majority of the training is menu-driven, most of the material will be the same. However, there are some differences between PC and MAC versions of the software. We encourage you to view the sample lessons on our Web site gauge the differences and determine if the training suits your needs.

For Physical Products (shipped to you):
You may return any unopened merchandise within 14 days of your order date for a full refund (minus shipping & handling). Opened merchandise or orders after 14 days are not refundable.
For Digitally-Delivered Products:
No returns or refunds are available. Download links expire in 72 hours.
Orders

No. Our products
are copyrighted and it is illegal to make copies. However, for physical products,
our trainings run directly off the CD/DVDs and do not install on your PC.
Therefore,
they can be shared with everyone in the office and used on multiple PCs. The PDF
e-manuals may be stored on up to two (2) hard drives. We also grant unlimited
personal printing rights to the owner, strictly limited to the purposes
of personal
or private education or research.
