You can create a PDF from Clipboard content in Acrobat Pro DC. To create a PDF from Clipboard content in Acrobat Pro DC, you must first copy information to the Clipboard. To do this, locate the information to copy. It can be a photo from the internet, text in a Word document, or any other content. In most software applications, you select text by clicking and dragging to highlight your selection. After making the selection, right-click your mouse and select “Copy” from the pop-up menu that appears. Your selection is then copied to your computer’s Clipboard. To copy an image in within most software applications, simply click the image with your mouse. Then right-click it to choose the “Copy” command.

After copying the selection to your computer’s Clipboard, launch Acrobat Pro DC. Then select “Create PDF” from the Tools Center. Then click the “Clipboard” option at the left side of the “Create a PDF from any format” screen. Because you have already copied information to the Clipboard, you don’t need to make any other selections. Then click the “Create” button. Acrobat retrieves the information copied to the Clipboard and creates a new PDF. The new PDF appears in Document view. Notice in the Tabbed Documents Bar that the new PDF is untitled. You can give the PDF a name when you save the file.
