The course content is exactly the same. Here are some things to think about in making the decision that's right for you:

Online Subscriptions

Offer the most flexibility and affordability. With an online training account, you get access to ALL of our courses in our entire library (including updates and new releases) during your subscription - for one low price! Your online subscription also allows you to access your training 24 hours a day from anywhere with an internet connection. You can choose a monthly subscription or an annual plan that saves you even more.

Individual Course Purchase

Courses are purchased individually via digital download for a one-time charge and also include online access to that course for one year. The content is exactly the same as online learning, but is instead downloaded and installed (and restricted) to a single device. The license to use the downloaded product does not expire.

Yes. Online subscriptions grant you access to our entire course library for one low price - including course updates and new releases for the entire term of your subscription. You can see a complete course list here.

New courses will be listed on our course list page and will be available in the "Active Online Courses" section of your online account. We'll also stay in touch via email to let you know about new releases.

Monthly online subscriptions renew automatically. Annual subscriptions do not.

Monthly online subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will have access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not available once a subscription renews.

With an online subscription, you can access courses on any device with an internet connection and an updated web browser. Courses are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.

Each online account is licensed for a single user. It may not be shared by others.

Absolutely. We offer discounts on multi-user accounts as well as network licensing options for corporate, government, educational and non-profit agencies. Please visit our Enterprise Licensing page for details.

Log into your account. In the "Member Account Area," click the "Subscriptions" link. On the "Subscriptions & Billing History" page, click the "Cancel Subscription" link located under the "Next Renewal" date.

You may recover your lost username or password here.

We are not able to offer refunds on purchased subscriptions. You can cancel your account at any time, and will continue to have access to your courses until your paid term expires.
