            Immersive Reader in Microsoft Edge in Windows 11 helps you focus on the text content of a page by removing visual clutter within web pages that support it. You can often use Immersive Reader on webpages for news sites and blogs, for example. If you can view a web page in Immersive Reader in Microsoft Edge, then the “Enter Immersive Reader” button appears at the right end of the page’s address bar.

            To enable Immersive Reader in Microsoft Edge, if available, click the “Enter Immersive Reader” button in the address bar. The button then appears blue, so you can tell the Immersive Reader view is activated. To turn off the Immersive Reader in Microsoft Edge, click the blue “Exit Immersive Reader” button at the right end of the address bar.

  1. If you can view a web page in Immersive Reader in Microsoft Edge, then the “Enter Immersive Reader” button appears at the right end of the page’s address bar.
