The parties agree that the Michigan courts located in Ingham County, Michigan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

Encryption is a process by which we use software to make your credit card number and personal information unreadable to others during the order process. For physical products, you may return unopened merchandise within 30 days of your order date for a full refund, minus shipping and handling. Opened merchandise or orders after 30 days are not refundable. For digitally-delivered goods (including online subscriptions), no refunds are available.
Each course page provides links to sample lessons and access to the classroom instruction manuals, allowing you to make an informed decision prior to purchase. One of our sales representatives will be happy to grant you access to the material for evaluation purposes.
It is the policy of TeachUcomp, Inc. to retain paper and electronic records of CPE Editions sold for no less than five years. These records are to include date(s) of purchase, contact information provided by the customer, completed exam answer sheets, exam scores, dates that certificates of completion are sent to the customer, instructor names and credentials, results of program evaluations, pilot test dates, intended participation population, how the sample was determined, names and profiles of sample participants and a summary of participants’ actual completion time.
You must pass the final exam with a grade of 70% or higher in order to receive credit and a certificate of completion. If you fail the exam, you may re-take it for a fee of $10. All exams must be completed within one year of your receipt date.
For Physical Products: You may return any unopened merchandise within 14 days of your order date for a full refund (minus shipping & handling). Opened merchandise or orders after 14 days are not refundable. For Digitally-Delivered Products: No returns or refunds are available. Download links expire in 72 hours.
TeachUcomp, Inc. does not intend to cancel any self-study programs. However, due to an unforeseen circumstance, if a self-study program must be cancelled, TeachUcomp, Inc. will notify participants in writing at least 30 days prior to cancellation and a 100% refund will be granted.
