Shipping

All orders ship within one business day via the United States Postal Service.

Standard Shipping:
United States: $4.95 in the Continental U.S. First Class Mail (4-5 business days).
International: $15. First Class International (8-14 business days). All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Priority Shipping ($15):
United States: 2-3 business days.
International: 8-14 business days. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Express Shipping:

Returns

For physical products, you may return unopened merchandise within 30 days of your order date for a full refund, minus shipping and handling. Opened merchandise or orders after 30 days are not refundable. No refunds are available for digital download products or subscriptions after renewal.

Product Return and Refund Policy

For physical products, you may return unopened merchandise within 30 days of your order date for a full refund, minus shipping and handling. Opened merchandise or orders after 30 days are not refundable. For digitally-delivered goods (including online subscriptions), no refunds are available.

Under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction however, you may qualify for a refund. For example, if you are using our services for yourself (instead of on behalf of a business):

  • If you reside in Denmark or the Netherlands, we'll cancel your subscription with a one-month notice and refund any part of your subscription period remaining after such notice period.
  • Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14-day period begins when the subscription service starts. For example, if you signed up for a one-month free trial, the period begins on the first day of your free trial; so, there will be no fees paid as a refund.
  • If you made a purchase using Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) direct debit, you're entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A SEPA direct debit refund must be claimed within eight weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.
  • If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you may contact us to request an account review.

Subscribers are responsible for paying any amount that exceeds the promotional trial offer. The promotional trial offer is not transferable and may not be sold, shared, or bartered. TeachUcomp, Inc. may revoke this offer at any time for technical, security, or business reasons, including fraud prevention. One promotional offer per eligible subscriber. This promotion expires on the earlier of the date identified in the promotional offer or 12 months after TeachUcomp, Inc. first communicated the offer. All use of the service is subject to TeachUcomp, Inc.'s User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

In order to redeem this offer, you must register and provide your payment information to TeachUcomp, Inc. before the expiration date above. Services are sold on a subscription basis and are automatically charged to your payment method at the beginning of each subscription period. You will be charged the standard annual or monthly rate (presented to you before you subscribed) when your promotional trial period ends unless you cancel your TeachUcomp, Inc. subscription before the end of the promotional trial period. If you don't want the subscription to continue or to be charged for the service, you must cancel it before the end of the promotional trial period. Thereafter, you must cancel the subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. A notice period is not required for your cancellation. The subscription can be cancelled on the "Subscriptions Renewal" tab in the Account Dashboard.

Except for certain periods of time at the beginning of a subscription as specified in our refund policy, TeachUcomp, Inc. does not offer refunds on any fees and charges related to your account, including partially used periods. An exception we may consider is providing a refund when we've updated your payment information and there is good reason to believe you did not intend for an update to be made.
