Print an Email in Outlook on the Web: Overview
From time to time, you may want to print an email in Outlook on the Web. To print an email in Outlook on the Web, select the email message from a folder. Then select it in the Inbox pane.
When the message is displayed in the Reading pane or a stand-alone window, click the “More” dots to expand the options. Choose “Print” from the list of available options.

Clicking “Print” will open a new window and your computer’s “Print” dialog box. Click the “OK” or “Print” button in the “Print” dialog box to print your email message. Close the window by clicking the “X” in the upper-right side of the window. At this time, you can only print one message at a time. Printing multiple messages at once is not possible in Outlook on the Web.

- To print an email in Outlook on the Web, open the message in the Reading pane and click the “More” dots.
- Click “Print” to open the message in a new window and open the “Print” dialog box on your computer.
- Then click the “OK” or “Print” button in the “Print” dialog box to print the message.
- Click the “X” in the upper-right corner to close the window.
- You can only print one message at a time with Outlook on the Web.
