Share a Web Page in Microsoft Edge: Overview

You can share a web page in Microsoft Edge by using one of the apps installed on your device. To do this, click the “Share” button at the right end of the command bar. This then opens a “Share” pane at the right side of the window. This pane lists the name of your web page at the top of the pane. It also shows a list of the apps available for you to use to share the web page.

You can click the web page name at the top of the pane to display a drop-down menu. This drop-down then lets you choose what content to share. You can select the web page name, shown by the blue “e” icon, to share a web page link. To share a screenshot of the web page, instead, select the “Screenshot” choice from the drop-down menu. After selecting what to share, a list of apps used to share that content appears within the “Share” pane.
