How to View Document Info in Photoshop: Video Lesson
This video lesson, titled “Learn How to View Document Information in Adobe Photoshop: A Training Tutorial,” shows you how to show document information in Photoshop within the Status Bar. This video lesson is from our complete Photoshop tutorial, titled “Mastering Photoshop Made Easy.”
How to Show Document Information in Photoshop:
When you open a Photoshop document, Photoshop shows some type of document information towards the lower-left corner of the document window in the Status Bar. You can change which set of document information appears in this area.
To view different sets of image specs, like the document sizes or document dimensions, in the Status Bar in Photoshop, click the small right-pointing arrow to the right of this information in the Status Bar of Photoshop. Doing that then shows a pop-up menu of the various types of document information you can view. Then click to select the name of the type of document information to view in the pop-up menu. Photoshop then shows that information to the left of the arrow in the Status Bar.
