Overview of the Contextual Task Bar in Photoshop:             To show or hide the Contextual Task Bar in Photoshop 24.5 or later, select “Window| Contextual Task Bar” from the Menu Bar to toggle its display on or off. By default, the Contextual Task Bar appears floating at the bottom center of the document window.
